swordmageThis morning started out quite well, actually. I dragged myself out of bed, did a few things, and then hit a movie with dad. We saw Secretariat, which was better than either of us expected.
Dad then came over, and we spent a few hours goofing off while he did his laundry. Of course, the dishwasher and the laundry machine were both also running, and as it turns out, one of them caused a few drains to overflow. Now, the shower was having issues the other day, so we used a plunger and poured lots of liquid plumber down it.
Took awhile, but it worked. At least for a time.
Consequently, it was deemed time to call the plumber. Which, mercifully, didn't end up being a complete hassle and, in fact, went quite well. We had a large hunk of roots in the pipe that were clogging it up. So, they hacked them up and pulled them out, and all was right with the world.
Tomorrow's plans are simple - laundry, clean fridge, and do homework. Probably clean the bathrooms as well, but I'm not going to go insane over them.
