I'm listening to the Science... Sort Of podcast, episode 31. Which is all about beer.

And is actually really fascinating, in part because the guy they have on is a professor on the subject from UC-Davis, and in part because the Paleopals are beer geeks it seems.

It's making me want to try more beer types, if anything else.

And has me thinking yeast, which means I must bake bread. Because I've been doing cookies...
