Home from work.

Tired. Grumpy. and *blah* This week is still looking like it's going to frustrate me immensely - between stuff due and general tiredness, it's not looking particularly spectacular.

Plans tonight have morphed to writing about six pages of shit for papers - I am less than enthused. Still going to watch Delicatessen - it's been sitting there for too long and I think it'll suit my mood.

Hrmm, this Black Sheep icon is getting used more than I thought it would...


ETA several hours later: mood slightly improved with book purchase (Looking For Jake)

ETA several hours after the previous ETA: with the mindset i'm in - it's pretty damned hard to not make my flower descriptions sound like bad erotica. i'm working on my mapplethorpe paper and have been staring at lots of male nudes. and then i'm confronted with a calla lily.

*sigh* i need a life.

...as for the flower, I started to say something like "Could've been worse, you could've seen a Jack-in-the-Pulpit instead," and then I thought about it. And you know, it wouldn't've been worse; Calla Lilies are pretty much the most phallic-looking flora there are. Wow. **headshake**

I actually saved what I initially wrote - it's horrid though...
