Lamb shoulder became braised lamb last night. Lovely and buttery and rich. With enough left over for tonight.

My hair is also about 5 inches shorter. And has turned out to *not* be as straight as it was. I'm still processing that it's not as heavy, nor as long.

But oh, how I love it. And I made an appointment to get my hair done for the wedding.

I know how you feel with the sudden lack of hair. I think they took about 8 inches off me.

Ooooh lamb sounds so good.... be sure and pass that recipe on. Gosh darn, I need to come raid your recipe books when I get back to the states; you always have such nummy recipes.
*giggles* when I chopped all mine off it was crazy-insane how light my head is. Squee! Wedding soonish! YAY!
