swordmageAahhh, the joy of the chaos of school right now.
I'm graduating in less then two months. Which only means a ton of work. My Calculus AP is going to officially kill me. Mercifully, it's soon. But it's only a small mercy. Because I've got several books to read of Economics (which has now moved into International Relations), English, and a number of other things to be done.
*sigh* I love life right now.
That said, there's a new Lucian Freud self-portrait ("The Painter Surprised by a Naked Admirer") up in London. Have been unable to find any good, large images of the painting, but it still makes me happy. He's probably my favorite contemporary painter, his Kate Moss portrait is gorgeous. She's not what you might expect-he's painted her in the shades of yellow and green, and she's naked and pregnant. not that i think pregnancy is in any way beautiful, but there's something about the way it's done here that i rather like.
