swordmageI got Dogma, the Special Edition for my birthday.
My father knows me only too well.
I also got a wonderful encyclopedia of Medeival folklore and some other great junk in the forms of gift certificates to Barnes and Noble (I shall finally buy Good Omens), Music Box (the local kick-ass music store), and Starbucks.
And best of all, I'm 18. Which is just plain nice.

Date: 2004-07-23 05:53 am (UTC)I`m sorry I didn`t say it sooner, there was another person on my flist that had her birthday on the 22th, so I kinda of assumed she was the only one. Eighteen is a wonderful age and number, in Portugal you`re no longer a minor at that age, it`s the beginning of adulthood or something like that. So did you had a fun day?

Date: 2004-07-23 05:56 am (UTC)And yes, I had a rather good day. i worked, I came home, i went to my dad's place, mom and sister arrived later, and all was good. (My parents are divorced, but still are friends.)
And I'm now legally an adult. All i can't do really is drink, so this weekend dad and i are going to the local pseudo-casino to bet on horses.
