Jul. 20th, 2010 06:29 amWell, I figured out why my lower right jaw seems to be taking so long to be not bothersome, compared with the rest of my mouth. Seems that there are stitches on my cheek, and they're in such a place as to be kind of annoying every time I open my mouth.
On the brighter side, pretty much everything else is feeling lots better. Still means my birthday dinner is being put on hold until we're sure I don't need to be as careful with what I eat, which will likely be after the follow-up appointment next Tuesday.
Grrr...
Otherwise, first day of my class was utterly fascinating. Convinced the prof is nuts, but in the best possible way. I'm actually looking forward to the final project, in part because he's having us do something that's quite flexible. I'm looking at writing a Grant right now, and he's pretty firm about actually submitting it and trying to get it done. I don't forsee much of a problem, but I'm going to try and wing it so it can be for restoration/protection of something at my former high school. Probably going to involve a little bit of finagling, but well worth it, I'm thinking.
