Jun. 2nd, 2009 02:49 pmWent back to work today - which was good.
Granted, there's been restructuring (and a few new faces) that mean I'm now in the back (former) archeology lab. It's almost deadly quiet, which is somewhat... unnerving. On the bright side - the new workstations there are quite good. It's just weird. There also seems to have been a (nasty) virus on the computer I (was) using - which results in more crackdown on what you can and cannot do online. *shrug* It doesn't really affect me - I usually just checked the Times and the BBC.
Oh yes, and the mission photos have come back to haunt me. But that's another story. *grin* And at least it was sort of decided to be a joint-problem when it got done the first time.
NYC (and the East Coast) were very good. I'll get an entry up about that soon...
