Jul. 13th, 2008 11:34 amLamb shoulder became braised lamb last night. Lovely and buttery and rich. With enough left over for tonight.
My hair is also about 5 inches shorter. And has turned out to *not* be as straight as it was. I'm still processing that it's not as heavy, nor as long.
But oh, how I love it. And I made an appointment to get my hair done for the wedding.
