Your Score: Geek Aspirant

You scored 47 out of 60

If you don't consider yourself a geek, perhaps you could start.

If you do, you're probably mad at me for picking ambiguous quotes. (I swear they're the best IMDB had to offer... you might want to re-watch some of your movies).

Clearly, I need to watch more stuff. In fairness, it probably should be lower, but I made some educated guesses.

Well, last day at the University College. They threw a surprise breakfast potluck - which, as usual, was quite tasty. I'm sad to be leaving, but the new job... *bouncy*.

as a going away present - they gave ma a nice visa gift card. now... to make the choices of books. i'm seriously thinking i may grab apicius. though, does anyone have experience with |the cambridge history of western textile? david brown's got it cheap, as in about 30% of list.

This weekend, I'm thinking it'll be good to clean the apartment some. Summer's (been) here, and cleaning would be good. Also should find something for the wedding we're going to next week...

More importantly, I should pull out all the fabric we've got and start going through it. Sure, it's a mix of blends, but it's time to actually use it. Both [livejournal.com profile] domnall and I could use new clothes for events. Gods know I've been planning this for a while, might as well put it into action. I've also got these lovely fox pelts sitting here waiting to be made into hats. Should order some wool for that. (Unless someone knows a good place in town?)

Tonight's plan is simple - dinner (early), gym, to look at bikes for [livejournal.com profile] domnall, then Barnes and Noble.

That promise to not buy any new fiction over the summer just failed.

I decided I could live for a while longer without Apicius. Instead, I bought Absolute Sandman Vol. 3. In fairness, it was quite cheap, and I had a git card.

And, well, it's Sandman!

Now, to find my copy of Deep Secret.

If I play a tiefling warlock in 4.0, which is highly likely, I shall have to do all the rp in a pseudo-russian accent.

And frequently make comments about my agent.

The book only reinforces this desire.

also - it is far too late to worry about wording on wedding invite. it made sense at the time, i shall not freak now. it certainly is *not* a four-hour ceremony...
