swordmageA successful Thanksgiving. Even if I did cook more than three people (me, Dom, and dad) would eat. But leftovers rock, don't they?
Well, all except for the little mishap with my thumb and a mandoline which continues to make life interesting.
Made turkey, scalloped potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, stuffing, cornbread, and several desserts - pumpkin pie, cherry/strawberry crumble, and cheesecake ice cream.
Plans this weekend are, well, very little. There will be cleaning, and setting up of my spinning wheel (*squeal*), and some school work. I am, all told, rather pleased with myself.
