So - despite the fact that there's still shit to do (inspection, more paperwork, dealing with apartment, etc.) the important bit is thus:

Yes, neither of us has spoken much about this, but we kind of wanted to keep quiet about it all for awhile. Or at least I did.


It's on 38th Street just off Mann. 6711 E 38th, to be exact.
