Swung by fighter practice last night - domnall had to get weavedancer's signature on some stuff. While we were there, met his coworker Ana, who's currently got a friend getting married at the Ren Faire and is also interested in the SCA. Said coworker's in total information overload moment, but really wants to make something that looks right, which I think is great. Sure, she's using the Simplicity patterns, but for a start? *grin*

So, it seems that we'll be going up to Phoenix on Saturday for Book Review. Well, I'm just going to tag along and hit Ikea or wherever we go afterwards. Grabbing lunch at the Cornish Pasty Company over which the book review will be conducted - must remember to bring something for myself to do.

Yes, raventhourne, if you (and posadnik_ivan) want anything from there, would be happy to bring something back. *grin*

Review of the finance accounting for the Barony. Has to be done at least once a year to make sure everything balances and is properly reported. It's part of the seedy underbelly of the SCA: the 501c non-profit educational organization.
