All I know from that race is I forgot to book a hotel room in Baltimore for one of our consultants and he didn't call me until he was on his way there, and there were no bloody rooms in the usual hotel, or any, because of the race. It was not a fun moment for me.
Barbaro broke down - willing to bet he broke his ankle, hopefully nothing was shattered to the point they can't at least pin it together so he can go to stud, but the vet already said it's probably career ending.
