swordmageRichard Hatch, a fleeting reminder to the world that Middletown, RI existed, has just been going downhill since his big win.
First it was child abuse/neglect. long story short, the kid he had adopted was not doing all that hot. there was something about abusing the 9 year old.
Now, it's tax evasion. Apparently he failed to turn over the taxes for his Survivor winnings and a radio talk show appearence.
And after he won Survivor, they gave him the key to the town.
For the record, the MU's got a friend who lives next door to the guy. He's an asshole. Actually, she used to, I think he's since moved. The house, after the work that was done using, I'm assuming, the money he won, is pretty ugly. Or at least doesn't do it for me.
And that's my laughter for the day.
