The fascination/obsession with Disney, and by association Disneyworld?
I had someone come into the store today who had bought some Disney sticker book a while back. We have since sold out. Let me say that licensed characters are not something we carry, this book was part of an assortment. She was facing a crisis as they're going to Disneyworld in October and need some more for the flight there. I told the story to my dad and he had the same reaction I did. WTF?
I was watching the Food Network this past weekend, and they had something on disneyworld and food. They also covered weddings on another episode. Which leads me to the question of why anyone would want to get married there. For some reason, the idea of having Mickey, Minnie, and the rest of the the "gang" at my wedding is about as appealing as having my head run over by a lawnmower. In fact, it just creeps me out.
We got signs in the other day that say They call it PMS because Mad Cow was already taken. I'm so getting one.

Simply put: it's the Magical Kingdom! And everyone wants to be there! :D
Ok, so I really don't know. I've been to Disneyland but not Disneyworld (I guess they are pretty similar except Disneyworld is a bit better, has more stuff) and I had a lot of fun but I would not want to get married there. It is not a good place for a wedding.
But whatever makes people happy.
