It was an amusing night

swordmageSo I was dragged over to my grandmother's for dinner last night. Relatives were in town (a great-aunt and uncle), and as it turned out, some of the US Naval Academy Sailing Team. My cousin's going into his second year in the Navy, and they have some race coming up here in Newport.
Actually the whole time turned out to be rather amusing. Between Jack (one of the team) telling stories and getting a kick out of our pug (an amusing experience, as he must have weiged at least 250, was mostly muscle, and surfed), and aforementioned great-uncle telling stories from his Naval Academy days, it was a good night.
However, this must be cut short, as I must be at work soon.
