The joys of the random thought.

Mom and Pip are coming back today. It'll be nice to see them again. I realize that I missed them. Damn, college'll be tough at first. But I'll jump off that bridge when I come to it.
This morning, I didn't have a class first period, so my ride to school wasn't coming until 9. Fine by me, I had a few things I wanted to do before I left. What ended up happening was that my alarm went off at 7, I hit the snooze button twice, and then was like, "Well, I'l get out of bed in a minute." Now, I wasn't up that late last night. Only like 10-which is pretty normal. The next thing I know, the phone is ringing and my ride is yelling up the stairs "Willa, you coming?" My reply (of course), is along the lines of "oh shit". Needless to say, I was dressed and out the door in about five minutes, which is a bit of a record for me.
And we did manage to get to school on time.
At least I had a good conversation with dad last night, and it was good for me. I seem to slowly be coming to terms with the slight insanity of some of my reltives. Which may, or may not, be a good thing.
On a side note, I really should remember to look more into the SCA and some web-based RPGs, preferably of the high-fantasy type.[/geekiness]
And it just occured to me I'm wearing a t-shirt for a paint company in Maine that no one I know works for, or has any connection to. I swear, relatives can be a strange thing.
