Oct. 7th, 2010 05:21 pmSo, stopped by the dealership today to get the car looked at. It's been making funny noises and hasn't been entirely cooperative in turning on. Mercifully, it was just the battery this time. So at least it wasn't as annoying as the last time.
I also finally shipped out packages - one of which has been sitting around for far too long. R-Galaxy is having a sale, and I swung by there after the car was fixed and ended up walking out with a few trade paperbacks, as well as an elevated mood. Granted, I'm also plowing through the Dresden Files, which is also quite fun.
Tonight, I've got a bit of schoolwork to finish, but I don't think I'll be touching it until after dinner. It's not due until tomorrow, which is honestly more than a bit of a relief.
Also, the ponies showed up. Once the craft room is cleaned out, there shall be bleaching and sanding and *glee*!
And now, I'm downloading both parts of Mesrine and hope to spend some time tonight with joyfully violent French gangster movies. There are scones in the oven, and I'll be making pot pie for dinner, I think.
