May. 25th, 2010 08:13 amWell, rugelach did not come out to my exacting standards. The dough was perfect -though I need to remember to roll it thinner next time - tangy with a little sweetness, but the filling needs work.
Oh, the agony.
Bread dough, on the other hand, looks quite nice and should be good by the time I finish before practice tonight.
Feels good to bake once more...
