(no subject)

Well, it's done. Got married on Saturday, and life is now returning to normal.

Weird.

It was great to see people - kittenfemme, some of my cousins, friends, the usual. *grin* There were some great comments in the midst of getting things set:

On nailpolish:
My mother: "Is that No, I'm Not A Waitress?"
kittenfemme (not missing a beat): "No. It's Chick Flick Cherry."

kittenfemme on makeup: "I thought, will Willa have (whatever)? No."
(note - i was also informed exactly how hopeless i am when it comes to makeup. i feel special.)
