Jul. 21st, 2008 07:45 pmHit Safeway, mainly to pick up supplies for cheesecakes. I've lost my mind and am making them in lieu of a wedding cake...
The cashier sort of looked at the 10 pounds of cream cheese, plus assorted other supplies (sour cream, heavy cream, etc), in a rather confused fashion. Until we explained.
Now, I'm wondering how I'll manage to fit a pair of them in the fridge to cool overnight. Woot!

domnall had planned for my birthday. This is evil...
