Election bets
Nov. 1st, 2004 07:42 pmSeems that my Political science teacher has a bet on with Josh, one of my fellow students. If the president wins, Josh must buy him an expensive cigar. If Kerry wins, he must buy Josh an "expensive gift.'
Apparently the bet was made when Dean was still in the race. the stakes were then to buy Josh a pair of Birkenstocks and a pint of Chunky Monkey.
Surprisingly, I got the MU to focus on the good stuff my teachers said when she saw them for conferences on Sat. My calculus teacher is surprised at how I'm doing. He thought, based on the past two years of the same teacher, that I probably shouldn't be taking the class. Coming from him, that I've surprised him is high praise. They all said good stuff, but McD's was the best. Made me happy.
