Spent yesterday at home, just sort of catching up on schoolwork and relaxing. Was then informed I should probably stay home today as well (the UA offers several days worth of bereavement leave, though I admit it feels... weird to take it). Consequently, my big plans for today involved making sausage.

An endeavor that failed, alas, but lamb patties should still be pretty tasty, right?

I'm doing much better overall, which is a good thing. Granted, I'd argue that I was fine before, but certain people I know seem not to agree with that, so... yeah.

Tonight, we've got Carys coming over for dinner and stuff and life should be back to normal tomorrow. Yay!

Stuff Carys so full that he doesn't even want to think about using the elbow to fight tonight. If I didn't already have plans to go to Arts Night, I'd be tempted to kidnap him and drive him around in my shiny new Big Damn Truck to distract him.

We're giving him food and Formula One. He's definitely not fighting.
