mom broke her glasses recently as well, which is sort of a god-send because she was constantly misplacing them and needed me about %85 of the time to find them -which often would have her calling up to me as I lay in bed on a day off telling me to help her find them because she couldn't leave the house without them- she had new ones placed in an old pair of round tortise shell frames she got in chinatown years ago. They look really nice.
