Sopapillas. Mmmm. Here in town, Rosa's at Ft. Lowell and Campbell does good sopapillas. I believe El Charro does as well, but I've always been too stuffed after eating there to get anything other than the flan.

Blue Corn Tortillas are a little harder to find, but possible. But I'd say the one thing you need to do while out there is eat more chilis. Get the chili relleno at as many places as you can!
