Saw Guster last night with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
domnall. Quite good. Concert was at the Rialto, and we were standing right in the front center. As in less than 5 feet from the extension they'd put in the middle of the stage.
I've really only heard their latest (Ganging Up On The Sun), but I do really like it. Couldn't sing along with everything, but still.
Opener was a band called Nada Surf - they'd had a single hit in 99 or so. They were surprisingly good. As in, I"m going to have to download some of their stuff.
That said, to the girls behind us. You were rude little buggers. Just because you came for Guster, as we all did, is no reason to complain that there's an opeaning act. And loudly. Now,domnall was closer to you than I (because he was behind me), but I did hear you, and the least you could do if you were front and center was give the band your attention. Or look like it. You were just *gah*
And your "oh so fashionably different clothing choices? I saw them on 75% of the girls there.
